Breakfast and dinner. Such varying meals. Which is better? Breakfast is known as the most important meal of the day yet most people don’t eat breakfast. Breakfast typically is the lighter of the two. Most people eat things such as bacon, eggs, oatmeal, and toast. These are known to be foods that give you energy throughout the day. Dinner typically comes on as heavier due to most people going to sleep a few hours after. As junior Priscilla Jones says, “Dinner always seems to make me so full. You can’t go anywhere with a full stomach except in bed.” Dinner also focuses more on vegetables while breakfast is more fruit based. Dinner in the end seems to be the overall winner. Those who I asked that like breakfast more than dinner such as junior, Sophia Margiotta, also said, “You can have breakfast for dinner but not dinner for breakfast.” Many also said that they don’t have time for breakfast in the morning, while dinner is their only sit down meal during the day. Either way, whether dinner or breakfast is your favorite, enjoy your meal!
