Finding recipes that are easy and you enjoy can be challenging. Here are some easy recipes to try at home.
Vanilla Frappuccino
Ingredients: :
½ cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
1 tbsp of vanilla
1 cup of ice
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Directions
Blend all of these together in a blender.
This recipe is great for a Starbucks craving without going out, and is refreshing on a hot day. The ice cream is optional. Does not have an impact on taste but does give more of milkshake type texture.
Cinderella Pumpkin Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 cup of vegetable oil
2 cups of flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
1 can of pumpkin
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 to bake for 55 minutes. Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl until light in color. Add vegetable oil and continue beating. Then combine the dry ingredients in and whisk. Add in the vanilla and then pour into a bundt baking pan.
This is great to eat for a yummy breakfast meal. If you want to use it for a dessert, add frosting. Either way, it is very delicious.
Banana Bread:
Ingredients
2 cups of flour
1 tsp of baking soda
¼ tsp of salt
½ cup of butter
¾ cup of brown sugar
2 eggs
2 ⅓ cup overripe bananas
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 to bake for 60 minutes. In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Beat the eggs and then add into the bowl along with brown sugar. Make sure the bananas are smashed and add them in. Stir until the mixture has no chunks. Pour batter into a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
This bread is amazing for breakfast, although it is great all throughout the day.
