// Grab those skis out of the attic and Boards out of the basement. Shake off the dust, wax the base and sharpen the edges. Ski season is here and the community is buzzing with excitement. If most of you don’t already know, at Las Lomas we have a very own Ski Club, together they plan to take day trips up to their favorite resorts and rip up the courses. Run by Junior’s Giovanna Jeswald, Kahli Galicia, and Ella Gryfakis, their goal is to bring together Las Lomas students for their favorite winter sport. “We are hoping to look at going up around January and can’t wait to see all of you up there.” said Ella.  

The club is looking forward to a season of fun and adventure on the slopes. Whether you’re experienced or it’s your first time, they welcome everyone to join in. With Tahoe being so close and having so many resort options it is the perfect destination for the club. So, whether you’re hoping to catch some fresh powder or simply enjoy the views, there’s no better way to embrace this season than on the mountain.
